Row 500 Meters
5 Rope Climbs 13′
10 Clean & Jerks
RX – Legless, 225/123
Intermediate/Masters – Legs, 165/103
Scaled – Legs, 135/83
You may sit on the rower before the 4 minute mark, but you may not row until the call of GO! Row from 0 up to 500. Butt on rower until 500. You will be assigned a rope next to your rower. Climb and touch above the tape, descend under control. Clean & Jerks are Diamond Dave’s Barbell rules. Full lockout at the top, under control. Squat it, power it, split it, we don’t care. Just get it over head. 6 minute time limit, 10 minute total on clock.
