10 4′ long jump burpees
30 meter Shuttle Sprint
For this workout, the individual will get 3 scores. The first score is at the completion of the row. The second score is at the completion of the run, the third score is at the completion of the burpees & shuttle. The run will be a loaded run and will include obstacles.
Teams will perform this WOD in relay fashion. There will be three scores taken; at the finish of each team member. The row will be shortened to 500 meters, the run will also be shortened. The burpees & shuttle sprint remain the same.
