5 minute AMRAP
SQUAT CLEAN & OVERHEAD
In 5 minutes (7 minutes for teams) take the barbell from the ground, through a front squat and finish overhead in a fully locked out position. Any combination of movements is allowed as long as the bar starts from the floor, passes through a front racked squat and finishes overhead, locked out. For teams, one person must be hanging from a pull up bar in order for any reps to be completed.

WOD 1A & 1B will done within a continuous time block including a one minute mandatory rest period at the 5-6 minute markers. At or before the conclusion of of WOD 1A the athlete must strip the bar to the required weight and add clips back to the bar before starting WOD 1B.
WOD 1B starts at the 6 minute mark and runs until the 11 minute mark (8 minute and 16 minute mark for teams).
For teams, 1B reps must be done by alternating team members for rounds.
For teams, one person must be hanging from a pull up bar in order for any reps to be completed.
Handstand Walk for distance.
2 minutes for RX Individuals, 3 minutes for teams.
On the same course lunges are done on, 10 meters are broken into two 5 meter sections. Athletes must start with both hands behind the tape line and finish with both hands past the tape line in order for that section to count. If an athlete falls before crossing the tape line, they must repeat that section. Teams may switch in and out at any point, but only one team member may be on the course at a time.
