In 12 minutes, each member of the team will Establish a 1RM Barbell Snatch. Diamond Dave’s Barbell rules apply. Any style of snatch is permitted. It’s a snatch. No silly shit and we’re cool, dig? Load the bar, put your clips on, declare your weight and lift. Take as many attempts as you like, switch weights as much as you like. Teammates may load for each other.
At the same time, the team will Row for Maximum Calories. Separate cores will be taken for total load and total calories.
