Max Unbroken Reps Front Squat (Scaled 65/95 RX/Mas/Team 95/135 Pro Elite 115/185)
3 minutes Max Reps Unbroken Kettlebell Snatch (Scaled 26/35 RX/Mas/Team 35/53 Pro Elite 35/53)
3 minutes Max Reps Handstand Push Ups (all divisions but scaled)
Pro Elite does Muscle Ups, Pull Ups for RX, Teams, Masters & Scaled.
For Front Squat, weight starts from the ground. Any front rack may be used. Rest is only allowed in the front rack.
For KettleBell snatch, one switch is permitted. Any drop or release of bell terminates the set.
For HSPU, any style is allowed. A 3’x2′ area will be allotted. Contact with wall is required at bottom and top of push up.
