In three minutes, push Sled for max distance (90/50)
In three minutes, Row max meters
In two minutes, max reps GHD sit ups (abmat for scaled)
Max reps unbroken Bench Press (Scaled 65/135, RX/Mas/Team 75/185, Pro Elite 95/225)
Athletes will have a set amount of time to work through all five stations in any order.
