Partners may alternate as needed with only one partner working at a time and the other two behind a designated line. For Bar Muscle Ups a team mate is able to assist with getting to the bar. No boxes. For Handstand Push Up a 2’x3′ area will be marked, palms must be inside this area, men must do strict, women may kip. For Burpees, chest to deck, jump on or over box. No step up but step down is allowed. For Front Rack Lunges a 10 meter course will be marked out, any drop within the course will require a re-do of that 10 meters. Any style of Clean & Jerk is allowed.
