In 6 minutes, establish a 1RM Snatch. In the next 6 minutes, establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk
3 attempts are allowed for each lift. Weight may be added between attempts, but weight may not be reduced. The load on the bar must be verbally declared to your judge prior to lifting.
For teams, 12 minutes will be allowed for each lift for a total of 24 minutes. Teams scores with be a total of all three athletes lifts.
Athletes have up to three attempts for each lift, but may choose to use less attempts.
For the snatch, the bar must travel in one motion from ground to overhead without making contact with the body. For the clean and jerk, the bar must travel from the ground to the shoulder, then overhead. For each lift, the bar must be controlled overhead within the limits of the platform and counted out loud by the judge for the rep to count.
Any form of clean, snatch or jerk/press is permitted.
